Gastronomic delights produced in the country kitchen are all created from the best of local, organic, Scottish, produce – home grown vegetables, fruit and herbs from the kitchen garden, local reared meat, game, cheese and freshly caught seafood (Ballantrae prawns, lobster and crab).
